Upton M. Sinclair, MRA, CREA has been appraising both residential and commercial real estate since 1992. He holds appraisal and residential contracting licenses in both Tennessee and Georgia. He is designated as a Master Residential Appraiser (MRA) by the Master Appraisers Association and a Certified Real Estate Appraiser (CREA) by the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. Both of these designations are awarded due to demostrated competency in residential real estate appraising, professional ethics and years of appraisal experience.
